The PixelatedFrame Photography logo is a tradename of RedHouse Studios Ltd. All other trademarks and brand names are the property of their owners.

Use and liability

In spite of our regular checks, we cannot assume any reliability for the content of external parties. Only the external parties can be hold responsible for their content. Any liability of Pixelated Frame or RedHouse Studios Ltd for the use of clients images is excluded, and responsibility is of the offending third parties. Pixelated Frame and RedHouse Studios Ltd, hold the rights to use a clients images for marketing purposes, and are therefore exempt from liability.

Services

We are continuously working to improve our services. Services, specifications (including descriptions), and availability are subject to change without notice. Some services may not be available on the time of your inquiry.

Turnaround Times

All orders must be confirmed before 10am (china) in order to guarantee our turnaround times. Turnaround times are counted on working days only.

Photography Brief

Photography will commence following acceptance and mutual understanding of a written brief provided by the client. Re-shoots of rejected images will be chargeable if Pixelated Frame has adhered to the brief and the client makes changes/revisions to the brief after the images have been taken. Specific instruction detailing exactly how you wish the goods to be photographed must be made clear to Pixelated Frame and in the original brief, this is the responsibility of the client.

Sending Your Goods To Us

Clients may send their goods directly to our studio via there express company or supplier/factory. Alternatively Pixelated Frame can arrange pickup/delivery of the goods for you. All express and delivery fee's are the responsibility of the client, and must be paid by the client to the express company, failure to do so will result in the express fee and handling charge being added to your bill/invoice.

Returning Of Your Goods

Pixelated Frame can arrange the return of your goods to either your company or supplier/manufacture after the photo shoot, by DHL. Alternatively you may ask your own express company to pick up your goods. Goods will be return in the packaging they originally came in where applicable. All express and delivery fee's are the responsibility of the client, and must be paid by the client to the express company, failure to do so will result in the express fee and handling charge being added to your bill/invoice.

Incorrect Goods Delivered & Shortages

All products supplied to Pixelated Frame must be in the condition in which they are to be photographed in. In the event of short deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect items being received from our clients, Pixelated Frame reserve the right to postpone or cancel a photo shoot until the shortage is made up, the correct goods are sent or damaged goods are replaced. A penalty of 10% of the total quoted project price may be payable to us, if our studio schedule is affected by the above, resulting in loss of studio profit or down time.

Storage Of Goods

We will store your goods free of charge for 1 month (dependant on the size and quantity of the goods). Before the 1 month period expires you will be notified, and if you wish we can keep your goods in secure storage for a contracted period, additional charges apply. Goods are not insured while in storage and damage or loss is the responsibility of the client.

Disposal Of Goods

If you wish your goods to be disposed of at the end of a shoot, we can arrange this. Depending on the size and quantity of the goods, a minimal service charge may apply.

Damage And Loss

Pixelated Frame accepts no responsibility for damage to your goods, while they are not in our studio, this includes damage & loss due to transportation or shipping.

We will keep your good in the best possible condition while they are being photographed, damage to the goods due to the photographic style or set is the responsibility of the client and under no circumstances is Pixelated Frame to be held liable.

Payment

Images and services provided by Pixelated Frame will be delivered upon receipt of cleared payment using TT, Bank Transfer. Final images will not be released before full payment has been received. Clients wishing to make alternative payment terms should contact us and speak with one of the company directors. (all prices quoted include VAT)

Receiving Your Images

Once cleared payment has been received your images will be instantly available wither online from our FTP server, or sent to you via CD/DVD or email.

FTP users will receive a unique username and password to allow them and only them access to the client download area, from there you can access your images for download. (images will be available to download for a 72hour period, from the time of release)

Unpaid Invoices

If payment is not made by the agreed due date or in accordance with our clients specific payment terms and conditions, we reserve the right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery cost under the late payment legislation. Any clients who cannot pay there bill/invoice are subject to legal action.

Refund Policy

Images due for release are pre-presented to our clients via a web-based approval system. Based upon this approval system, Pixelated Frame cannot offer any refunds against images that have been approved for release by the client. Pixelated Frame is also not liable for any images that fall out of the original scope due to the clients alterations or interactions, and therefore we are not accountable to redo the images or offer you a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must give a full 24hrs (china time) notice if they wish to cancel a photo shoot. Failure to do this will result in penalty fee of the original total quoted price for the job. Any and all expenses incurred prior to a cancellation are the responsibility of the client, and must be paid in full.

Privacy Policy & Client Confidentiality

Pixelated Frame fully respects our clients privacy and confidentiality, any personal information from payments in any form is destroyed following the successful payment transaction. Pixelated Frame do not pass on or release to any third party any of our clients personal details, all contact details are kept securely and only accessible by management.

Our Service

The services Pixelated Frame provides can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Pixelated Frame can cancel or terminate any job that they feel falls outside of the original brief, without prior notice or refund.

Force Majeure

Pixelated Frame shall have no liability to the client if it prevented or delayed providing its services by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond their reasonable control, including failure of a utility, service, transportation, act of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, natural disaster or faulty equipment.
